We are taking DITTA to the Spatz Theatre in Halifax on October 24, 8 pm, Great excitement and trepidation...who knew when FODAR ended in August that we'd be going to the big city?
Rehearsals are taking place at St. Luke's Anglican church hall because its size better reflects the Spatz's wide and deep stage. And there will be wings with ample space!
This first rehearsal has a few holes: George is working, Terry is on her way back from the UK, and Wayne, alas, will miss this performance because he is doing an artist residency in Scotland. However, the show must go on...Randy steps in for multiple roles, resulting in some confusion and lots of hilarity.
